3、 Structure and Purification Principle
The basic structure of this series of dust collectors consists of three components: a fan, a filter, and a dust collection box,
The characteristics of each component are as follows:
1. The fan adopts a medium pressure centrifugal fan with high air volume and pressure, good fan characteristic curve, and adopts noise reduction design, resulting in lower noise during use.

2. The filter bag system is composed of flat bags made of polyester 208 industrial polyester twill velvet as the filter material. To prevent the bags from being compressed by the fan, each bag is equipped with a spring steel wire mesh, which provides better filtration effect, easy replacement of filter bags, and long service life.
3. Mechanical vibration device uses an electric motor to drive an eccentric shaft, and a connecting rod to shake the bag and remove the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag. Its control device is divided into two types: automatic control and manual control. Self control refers to the automatic vibration of the dust cleaning mechanism during continuous operation of the fan. Manual control means that after the fan stops, the dust cleaning mechanism manually starts the motor to start the dust cleaning work, which stops automatically after tens of seconds. The dust cleaning motor can also be started at any time as needed to vibrate and clean the dust. The length of the dust cleaning time can be adjusted by the user or a relay can be set.
4. The middle part of the equipment box is equipped with a well sealed quick release access door for maintenance and bag replacement when needed.
5. The dust collector's dust collection box adopts a drawer style structure. When dust cleaning is needed, simply open the drawer to remove the dust, which is very convenient.
6. The mechanical vibrating bag filter currently has sixteen specifications, divided into two types: A and B. Type A has ash hopper drawers, while Type B does not have ash hopper drawers.
